We are a mobile locksmith service company. We provide service to direct customers and work together with local locksmith companies.
What we collect
We collect names, phone numbers, addresses and job details from our customers, technicians and partner companies. We use this information only to provide, dispatch and coordinate service jobs.
We text only with our technicians and partner companies. We do not send marketing text messages.
We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not ask you to create an account here.
How we use it
- To dispatch a technician to a job and coordinate that job from start to finish.
- To contact the technician, partner company or customer about that specific job.
- To keep a record of work performed, for billing and for resolving disputes.
Text messaging
We send and receive dispatch-related text messages with technicians and partner companies who have agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell personal information. We share job details only with the technician, partner company or customer involved in that job, and with service providers who help us run our phone and messaging systems, solely for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as needed to run the job, bill for it, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. When that period ends, the information is deleted.
Requesting deletion
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us by phone or email using the details below, tell us the name and phone number involved, and we will delete it unless we are required by law to keep a particular record.
